Silly Jumps is fully licensed and insured
for Rancho Cucamonga parks
Please call the the Rancho Cucamonga Community Services dept. at (909)477-2760 to find out information regarding obtaining the necessary permits and to pay any fees your city may require for inflatable rentals in their parks. We apologize but Silly Jumps does not do park rentals for any other city at this time.
Step #1
Contact Silly Jumps at (909) 999-0001 to check the availability of the Jumper/Inflatable you are interested in. Please note: a Generator is also required to be rented from us for $55 (plus tax) as City Parks will not supply Power. Sorry but due to policy, customers cannot use their own generators with Silly Jumps equipment.
Step #2
Contact the Parks Department for the city you are planning to have your event (we can only do Rancho Cucamonga at this time). You will need to apply and pay for all necessary permits and fees with the Parks Department.
Step #3
Contact Silly Jumps to let us know that you have completed everything with the city you are having your event at (i.e. pay for permits, reserved space etc…).
Silly Jumps will then get the necessary proof of insurance over to the Rancho Cucamonga Parks Department. Silly Jumps needs approx. 2 business days to do this. Rancho Cucamonga requires that they receive Proof of Insurance no later than 10 days before your event. Please make sure you contact us with enough time to get Insurance paperwork over to the City you are having your event. It usually takes about 2 business days to receive the proof of insurance back from our insurance carrier. A good general rule is to contact us 14 or more days before your event to insure there is enough time to get the insurance certificate back to the parks department before the 10 day cutoff. Please note: There is a $25 Insurance Fee that will be added to your order for proof of insurance.
Day of the event
Step #4
2 days before the delivery date we will contact you to confirm your requested drop-off time for the rental equipment. When the driver arrives on the day of your event, the person named on the order must be present, have a valid California Drivers License and a have a Municipal (City) Utility bill with the same address that is on their I.D.
If a City utility bill (Such as Electric, Gas or Water) is not provided or if the name and address on the bill do NOT match the same name and address on the Drivers License, the Silly Jumps delivery driver cannot release the rental items.
If the person named on the order is not present at the confirmed drop-off time, the driver will make an attempt to call/contact the customer. If contact cannot be made, the driver will wait 10 minutes. If the customer listed on the order is still not there at the end of the 10 minute wait period, the order would then be cancelled.
If contact is made with the customer and the customer requests the driver to wait, The Silly Jumps driver will wait up to 10 minutes past the original confirmed drop-off time. After 10 minutes, there would be a $1.50 per minute wait charge. We apologize, but the driver cannot wait more than a total of 20 minutes. At the end of such time, the order would be cancelled. If the customer requests the driver to return at a later time past the 20 minute cutoff, there would be a $50 return fee added to the original order total for the Silly Jumps driver to return.
Please note that the original requested pickup time cannot change and would remain the same as on the original order due to the need of picking up other customer orders that had already been scheduled around this original pick up time.
Step #5
After all of the rental items have been released to you (i.e. setup), Sign the Silly Jumps rental contract and stay with the rental items at all times. Do not release/return the rental items to anyone other than a uniformed Silly Jumps employee.
